Returns & Exchanges

At Maya & Henry's Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
